The thing to remember is that celebrities have a lot of resources to boost their success. They can hire personal trainers, and pay the rates demanded by the best in the business. They can also hire personal chefs who are trained in weight loss menu planning. Just think how much easier it would be if someone else not only cooked for you, but decided what you would eat, and when.
